Return Conditions

  • Items not work as  pages show.
  • All items must be made within 7 days.
  • All items must be in original packaging and condition.
  • All items must get our permission to be returned.
  • Special products such as decoder does not support unconditional returns

Attention: 

  • Please do not return the parcel to the shipping address on the parcel.  We can’t sign it. If you send it back there, the return will not be accepted.
  • Contact customer service before returning,  we will reply to you at the nearest shipping address.
  • Customers should pay for the shipping label for returning items.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customers to return the product for the reason below,
    • Choose the wrong product model.
    • Not satisfied with the purchase.
